Concerns around the spread of the coronavirus is changing many people’s travel plans to events around the globe, and unfortunately the Blockchain Africa Conference is no exception.
Our keynote speaker Charles Hoskinson has had to cancel his trip to Johannesburg next week. However, some good news is that he will be doing a pre-recording of his presentation so that our attendees will still benefit from this mathematician, cryptographer, serial entrepreneur and leading industry commentator who has been involved in the world of blockchain and cryptocurrencies since the early days of bitcoin.
Charles Hoskinson is the Founder and CEO of IOHK (Input Output Hong Kong), Founder of Cardano and Director of The Bitcoin Project. He is currently working with governments and organisations in the developing world, where the benefits of blockchain technology can be particularly profound.
