• Sustained disruption of talks, workshops, or other events

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Consequences

Anyone found violating these guidelines may face sanctions, including warnings or expulsion from the event without a refund, at the discretion of the conference organizers.

Reporting and Support

If you experience or witness harassment, or have any concerns, please contact our conference staff immediately. Staff members can be identified by their special badges, t-shirts, or headsets.

Our team is here to support you and can assist in contacting venue security or local law enforcement if necessary. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

Expectations

We expect all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers to respect these rules at every conference venue and all related social events.
