Having started his career in corporate and investment banking, Hemash has gained over 15 years of experience in strategising, leading and executing change within the business and technology sectors of financial services.

In pursuit of creating more credibility to the South African cryptocurrency market, Hemash is currently developing crypto regulatory compliance tools and services for banks and cryptocurrency service providers.

Having previously worked at RMB as the Blockchain Lead, he has gained extensive experience in assess the impact of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology on the existing centralised banking business model and driving the evolutionary transformation of banking in the new decentralised world. Driven by his passion for digital transformation within this fourth industrial revolution, his primary objective is to help lead organisations into the digital future.
