Chantal advises leading financial institutions, regulators, central banks, and industry bodies on strategic initiatives that drive innovation, resilience, competitiveness, and sustainable growth. She has played a pivotal role in shaping the future of payments in South Africa, leading landmark programmes including Rapid Payments (PayShap), the Payments Industry Body (PIB) Design, the Digital Identity Case for Change, Bank of Namibia Instant Payments and the Payments Ecosystem Modernisation (PEM) programme on behalf of PwC.
