Jeff Mei leads global expansion efforts for Huobi, one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges. A Los Angeles native, Jeff began his career working in strategy and operations at a global investment bank. He later moved to Beijing, transitioning to the vibrant tech scene there. He worked for a travel startup and set up his own consulting firm, working on various
tech and blockchain projects before joining Huobi in 2020. Now, Jeff leads Huobi’s global expansion initiatives, and is in charge of developing growth and go-to-market strategies for the company in markets around the world. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys anime, playing football, and adding to his collection of sneakers.
