Johann Van Der Lith is a regulatory expert and consultant, international speaker, guest lecturer, public notary and practicing attorney.

He is a fintech senior specialist and qualified software developer. Over fourteen years of experience in financial services which includes supervision and drafting and developing regulatory frameworks. Currently, he is the Deputy Chair of the Crypto Asset Regulatory Working Group, an interagency workgroup established under the Intergovernmental Fintech Working Group.
Participating in the University of Cambridge Innovation Leaders Residency and recently completed a Doctor of Laws with a focus on Fintech.

He love a challenge and enjoy working with visionary leaders with a tolerance for the complexities associated with bold business ideas.
