Luisa Mazinter is a seasoned growth leader with nearly three decades of experience driving revenue, partnerships, and brand excellence across financial services, telecommunications, retail and technology sectors.

As Chief Growth Officer at Mesh.trade, she spearheads the brand along with strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and value management, positioning the Mesh ecosystem at the forefront of tokenised capital markets innovation.

Previously, as Chief Marketing Officer of TymeBank, Luisa conceived and launched a challenger banking brand that set a global record by acquiring one million customers in its first nine months through a series of award‑winning campaigns.

Her academic tenure as adjunct faculty at the Gordon Institute of Business Science spanned a decade, designing and delivering MBA core, elective and executive education programs in marketing, digital strategy, customer centricity and innovation. She also co‑authored four case studies published in leading journals via the North American Case Writers Association.

Luisa holds leadership roles across industry bodies, serving as Chair Emeritus of the MMA SA, Executive Chair of the Smarties Awards for Sub‑Saharan and South Africa, and member of the MEA Future of Marketing CMO Board.
