Mohil Subban is a Senior Manager and Emerging Technology Lead at PwC South Africa, where he leads the firm’s Centre of Excellence for Emerging Technology. With over 16 years of combined consulting and industry experience, Mohil helps organisations unlock business value through emerging technologies, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, automation, and innovation-led strategy.

Mohil is recognised for combining deep business insight with technology expertise to solve complex challenges and enable sustainable growth. He has advised leading organisations across banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, insurance, and asset management, helping them develop AI strategies, technology roadmaps, intelligent automation programmes, and future-state operating models.

His experience includes leading AI and GenAI initiatives, establishing innovation and emerging technology capabilities, delivering responsible AI and governance programmes, designing metaverse use cases, and helping organisations navigate the convergence of traditional business models with next-generation digital technologies.

Mohil holds a BCom in Financial and Management Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is accredited in a range of technology and transformation disciplines, including Microsoft Catalyst, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics Fundamentals, SAFe Agilist, and JSE Securities Trading.
