Seamus Rocca serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Xapo. He has more than 23 years of experience working in the financial service sector, as a chartered accountant in international companies in six countries in positions ranging from audit, product control, valuation, finance, to divisional CFO and senior group treasury roles. He has a close working relationship with the UK Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA) and was a certified Material Risk Taker under the UK PRA rules in his capacity as head of liquidity at Standard Chartered Bank. Rocca has worked at Xapo for over five years and took on the role of CEO in 2021.
