Nkahiseng Ralepeli

Director: Strategic Operations at BlockTower

Nkahiseng Ralepeli is the Director of Strategic Operations at BlockTower, where he focuses on strategy, operating model design, go-to-market & expansion, partnerships and execution across digital financial services, stablecoins and next-generation payment infrastructure. Broadly, his ambit includes Digital Assets and Agentic Commerce. Prior to his current role, he was the VP of Product for Digital Assets at Absa Corporate and Investment Banking, where he led product development, strategy and execution across the bank’s tokenisation and stablecoin workstreams across 13+ African markets.

Nkahiseng sits on several boards, and acts as an advisor and investor for early stage startups operating in emerging markets. A Rhodes Scholar, he holds a Master’s in Public Policy and a Master’s in Law, the BCL, from the University of Oxford, as well as an LLB and PGDIP from the University of the Free State. He has also completed the IEDP at the UCT Graduate School of Business, and is a Chartered Digital Asset Analyst (CDAA) from the DEC Institute in Switzerland.
