Cape Town City Tour

Begin with a trip to the top of magnificent Table Mountain in the revolving cable car.

Table Mountain is one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature. The main feature of Table Mountain is the level plateau approximately three kilometres from side to side, edged by impressive cliffs. The plateau, flanked by Devil’s Peak to the east and by Lion’s Head to the west, forms a dramatic backdrop to Cape Town. Visit the colourful homes and cobble stoned streets of the Bo-Kaap. The Bo-Kaap is situated on the slopes of Signal Hill above the city centre and is a historical centre of Cape Malay culture. The Nurul Islam Mosque, established in 1844, is located here.

Enjoy lunch at Bo-Kaap Kombuis, an authentic Cape Malay Restaurant that embodies the culture, beauty and uniqueness of the area.

Complete your Tour with a boat trip to Robben Island Prison Museum with its rich 500 year old multi-layered history. Nelson Mandela spent 18 years imprisoned on Robben Island.

Price: R4,800.00 per person
per person includes Fast Track Table Mountain Cableway ticket and Robben Island Prison Museum ticket but excludes meals.

Cape Peninsula Tour

Travel along the spectacular Cape Peninsula coastline to Simon’s Town, home of the South African Navy.

You will pass through charming historical fishing villages, secluded coves and pristine sweeping beaches. Enjoy lunch overlooking the glistening Atlantic Ocean, in Kalk Bay Harbour. Visit Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens which is acclaimed as one of the great botanical gardens of the world. Few gardens can match the sheer grandeur of the setting of Kirstenbosch, against the eastern slopes of Table Mountain.

Then visit the beautiful Boulders Beach which is one of only two places in the world where you get up close to the African Penguins. Next head to the Cape of Good Hope which is the most southwestern tip of the African Continent. With its diverse habitat, ranging from rocky mountain tops to beaches and open sea, the Cape of Good Hope is home to at least 250 species of birds. En route back to Cape Town, drive over Chapman’s Peak, on the Atlantic Coast, which is one of the most spectacular marine drives in the world.
